What does Company Cash do?

We make fast loans of $20,000 to $50,000 to Australian companies, secured against residential or commercial real estate. It works like a cash flow loan without the need to show cash flow: we look at the property, not your bank statements. It's where companies go when a cash flow lender has said no.

How much can my company borrow?

From $20,000 to $50,000. Against residential property we lend up to 80% of the property value, and against commercial property up to 70%, counting anything already owed on it. A company vehicle with nothing owing can also be offered as security, and we lend up to 50% of its sale value.

How fast can I get funds?

In as little as 24 hours once approved. We don't need a formal valuation, which is usually the slowest step elsewhere. Timing still depends on the title and how quickly documents come back, so we'll tell you honestly what's realistic.

Why did my cash flow lender say no?

Usually because your bank statements didn't prove the repayments with a comfortable buffer: uneven deposits, too many existing loans, a serviceability ceiling or credit marks. None of those is a verdict on your business, and none applies to a loan assessed on property.

Do I need cash flow records or tax returns?

No. A loan from Company Cash is assessed on the value of the property, the debt already against it and how the loan will be repaid. You don't need bank statements, BAS, financial statements or tax returns, and we ask very few questions.

Can you pay out my other loans?

Yes. A loan secured against property can pay out several existing lenders at once, including short-term loans with daily debits, and replace them with a single repayment. Check any early exit fees on the loans being paid out first.

Does enquiring affect my credit score?

No. There's no credit check when you first enquire. A check only happens if you decide to proceed with an application.

Do I need property to borrow?

You need security we can lend against: real estate owned by the company, a director, a trust or a guarantor, or a company vehicle with nothing owing. Without any of those, a cash flow lender may suit you better.

Can the property be my home?

Yes. Many business loans are secured over a director's home. It's a serious decision, so we'll make sure you understand the repayment plan and what happens if things go wrong before you commit.

Do you lend to sole traders and trusts as well as companies?

Our focus is companies, but trading trusts and sole traders running a genuine business can enquire too. The structure changes who signs and who guarantees, not whether we'll look at it.

How long does my company need to have traded?

With property security, trading history matters far less, because the property carries the risk. Newer businesses can often be considered.

Can you help if I have bad credit?

Yes. Bad credit is considered case by case, and it's one of the main reasons companies come to us. Because the loan is secured on property, defaults, judgments and past insolvency are weighed against the equity rather than ending the conversation.

What about ATO debt?

Many companies we speak with have tax debt or a payment plan. It's assessed case by case, and in some situations the loan itself is used to clear the ATO balance.

My bank said no. Is it worth asking you?

Usually, yes. Banks and cash flow lenders run formulas built for typical files. A decline almost always reflects your statements, your existing loans or your credit file, none of which a property-secured loan relies on. Our page on being turned down explains each reason.

Do you publish interest rates?

No. Business loans are priced on each company's situation, including the security, term, credit history and purpose. You'll see the total cost and every fee in writing before you sign.

Are there upfront fees to enquire?

No. Enquiring is free. Any fees for an approved loan, such as establishment costs, are disclosed in writing before you commit.

What can the loan be used for?

Any genuine business purpose: working capital, stock, equipment, wages, tax, expansion, buying a business, refinancing or bridging a timing gap. Not personal or household spending.

Will you send my details to other lenders?

No. We don't sell or spray enquiries. The team that reads your enquiry is the team that works on it with you.

What documents will I need?

To enquire, none. To apply, typically director ID, company details and property details, plus the title. No cash flow records, bank statements, tax returns or formal valuation are needed. Our document checklist lists it all.

How do repayments work?

You can have up to three months of prepaid interest, which gives your business a break at the start. After that, repayments are weekly. Many companies repay from incoming cash flow, and others refinance the property or another business asset to clear the loan.

Can I repay early?

Many facilities allow early repayment; the cost of doing so varies. We'll explain the early repayment terms of any offer before you sign.

Who will contact me after I enquire?

A member of our lending team, by phone, usually during business hours. The call may come from a number you don't recognise, so keep your phone handy.

Where are you based?

Our office is at 189 Toorak Road, South Yarra VIC 3141, and we lend to companies right across Australia.
